Mission Possible
There'll be times when you might feel beaten,
and you feel you would rather give in,
but there's a far better way to surrender,
and, if you do it, you surely must win.
Many others surrendered before you
and conquered the path they have trod,
'round obstacles, crossed chasms, climbed mountains,
to success... by having Faith in their God.
God is the Spirit within you,
you need not go looking outside,
He knows all, and sees all, and fills all,
and if you ask it, then listen, in Silence,
He'll inspire you, support you, and guide.
Some search in their church or their synagogue,
chapel, temple, cathedral or mosque,
but you will find Him if you enter the Silence,
sit quietly and banish all thoughts.
The desire within you was given
for a purpose that you're meant to serve,
it's the reason why you were created,
and your right actions will bring all you deserve.
Observe all that's living around you,
in animal, plant life and Man,
just notice how all things are growing,
and, when growth stops, see how they decline.
Your mission, if you choose to take it,
is to be the best that you can become,
so fulfill the desire you were given,
and keep growing 'til your days are done.
Don't think it's beyond your ability,
the Power that made you knows best,
and you could never have formed the desire
without you being up to the test.
And don't question the means of achieving,
just do what you feel driven to do,
visualise the achievement, in Silence,
and help will come, in Silence, to you.
